Are you committed to your state of sovereignty?
Collectively we’ve arrived at the point of realisation that self-agency is the new currency. We are witnessing the unfolding of the corrupt systems coming to light globally, and we are at the dawn of birthing a new order.
Mostly, we are not aware how deep the pandemic unrest is governing our entire being that permits external forces to disempower and position us in a vulnerable state for manipulation and exploitation by many influencers, companies and corporations out there who promises; they have the solution for our problems.
We’ve arrived at the point of realisation that our previous coping models are crushed and taking ownership of ourselves no longer a choice but critical. We must push our capacity to grow in awareness, immunity, resilience, courage to stop being a slave to acts of deceit.
We’ve arrived at the point of realisation that what we’re looking for is not out there, as Helen Keller once said, it’s in us. We have done enough work to see through the veil, see through our self-deception and how much time we’ve wasted to keep the false image up!
We now know that we cannot lie to ourselves anymore; we cannot pretend, we cannot carry on business as usual. We cannot be the source of suffering to others! We cannot carry on with destructive behaviour; self-sabotage must stop. We cannot play games; we must drop our expectations of others.
It is time to transcend the narratives despite the pain; it is time to accept what is and work from here; it is time to trust our inner knowing, make friends with the uncertainty. It’s time to purge, release, let go. It’s time to move, dance, sing, write, meditate, eat vegetables that are alive. It’s time to have the autonomy to connect to that sacred essence within, and it’s time to be with the truth.
Here are the four components that will carry you further forward on your path in becoming an authentic sovereign being:
- Supportive environment: find the others; a community, a safe space to step into, ashram, a place to grow, to be held and not judged through the treacherous journey of the self-work process.
- Cognitive re-training – all exercises on fear: this increases capacity and willingness to do the self-work even when it feels hopeless. Increases courage to face our darkness, knowing it will not be easy, but will be so worth it. Increases resilience to go through the symbolic process of death/rebirth and to find inner trust within.
- Repetition: nothing lasts, there are no shortcuts, no quick fix, transformation is a result of repetition, consistency, owning all of ourselves despite the internal and external challenges.
- Lots of love ❤️ Love is the greatest accountability in creating a lasting change, feeling loved and accepted by a community can rewire our nervous system and increase neurogenesis.
The deep inner-work requires willingness, devotion, humility, a core desire for self-exploration that ultimately leads to a rocky road to self-agency.
